注销 Gen 账号
在 App 或网页版里注销（马上生效）
- 打开 Gen App，或者在浏览器打开 genapp.ca 并登录同一个账号。
- 点底部的「我」，展开「⚙️ 设置」。
- 点「注销账号」，确认即可。
没法登录？发邮件给我们
从你注册时用的邮箱，或写明你的昵称和注册用的手机号，发邮件到 support@genapp.ca，标题写「注销账号」。我们确认是你本人后，会在 30 天内删除。
会删除什么
注销后我们会立即删除：你的资料、照片、动态、你发出的消息和私信、好友、aura、紧急联系人，以及你在 Firebase 的登录记录；你发起的还没结束的局会被取消。
会保留什么、保留多久
- 手机号的加密哈希（不是号码本身）保留 30 天，防止注销后马上重新注册来清掉爽约记录；因违规被封禁的账号会一直保留。
- 服务器每日备份保留 5 天，之后备份里也不再有你的数据。
- 你选填的注销原因会匿名保留，不和你的身份关联。

Delete your Gen account
In the app or on the web (immediate)
- Open the Gen app, or go to genapp.ca in a browser and sign in to the same account.
- Tap 我 (Me) at the bottom and open ⚙️ Settings.
- Tap 注销账号 (Delete account) and confirm.
Can't sign in? Email us
Email support@genapp.ca with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email you signed up with, or with your nickname and the phone number you verified. Once we confirm it's you, we delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account immediately removes your profile, photos, posts, the messages you sent and your direct messages, friends, aura, emergency contact and your sign-in record at Firebase. Linkups you host that haven't ended are cancelled.
What is kept, and for how long
- A keyed hash of your phone number (not the number itself) is kept for 30 days so a no-show record can't be wiped by signing up again; for accounts banned for breaking the rules it is kept.
- Daily server backups are kept for 5 days, after which your data is gone from them too.
- If you give a reason for leaving, it is kept anonymously and is never linked to you.
