Common questions
- How do I join a linkup? Open the map, tap a linkup and tap ＋. Some hosts let you straight in; others approve requests. The exact address unlocks once you're in.
- How do I report or block someone? Open their profile or the chat and tap Report or Block. Reports are anonymous.
- Someone made me feel unsafe at a linkup. If you're in danger, call 911 first. Then report them in the app or email us; we act within 24 hours.
- How do I delete my account? Me → Settings → Delete account. Can't sign in? See genapp.ca/delete-account.
- Child safety: Gen is 18+ only. See our child safety standards.

- 怎么举报或拉黑？打开对方的资料卡或聊天，点「举报」或「拉黑」。举报是匿名的。
- 在局里感觉不安全？有危险先打 911，然后在 App 里举报或发邮件给我们，我们 24 小时内处理。
- 怎么注销账号？我 → 设置 → 注销账号。登录不了的话看 genapp.ca/delete-account。
- 儿童安全：Gen 仅限 18 岁以上，详见儿童安全标准。
